When taking part in events, conferences, trade fairs, business negotiations or work meetings in Italy or abroad you will need to have one or more interpreters by your side who can ensure that you can fully understand what is being discussed, without running the risk of any misunderstandings.
The ideal professional therefore needs to have excellent language skills, possibly be mother tongue and be able to get into the topic of the meeting as soon as possible.

Our interpreters
The interpreter is often the only link between the hosting organisation and foreign participants.
This is why here at Qualitalia we select our interpreters based on both their professional skills and their personal skills, thus ensuring everyone is at ease.
Our professional interpreters use a number of techniques:
Simultaneous
Interpreters work in a soundproof booth. The translation is transmitted via a radio system to a special device and is listened to via headsets by meeting participants.
The number of interpreters may vary according to the language combinations requested, hours of work and topic of discussion.
Whispered simultaneous interpreting
The interpreter works next to the person requiring language support. The translation is literally whispered into the ear of the listener (for example during a public interview).
Consecutive interpreting
During the event the interpreter takes notes using a special technique. Every 5-10 minutes the speaker stops and the interpreter translates, summarising each extract.

We have equipment and experienced technicians available and we can set up the following for you: Infrared simultaneous translation systems, sound amplification systems, microphone, audio and video recording systems, conference system microphones, and closed circuit TV systems.
